Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time on time. New clients will have a form to fill out and a consultation will be done before starting your service.
Sickness & Allergies
If you show up for an appointment and are sick or getting over a sickness, or show signs of sickness or severe allergies, this includes but not limited to coughing, sneezing, congestion, you will be refused service and your deposit will not be refunded.
*NOTE: It is not advised that someone with severe allergies to get a facial at that time, as the skin can be more reactive and sensitive to products used in treatments.
Our spa is a place of peace and. Please use low voices, limit talking on your cell phone and always engaging in respectful behavior.
Children ages 0-15 are not allowed in the spa. Guests ages 15 and up are allowed as long a they are receiving services, but must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
We kindly ask you to provide us with a 24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so in this time. Please note that your deposit is non-refundable for any missed appointments or late cancellations.
Leaving a tip for your service provider is customary and a nice way to say, “thank you for your care”. Standard hospitality rates suggest a minimum of 20% but gratuity is, of course, at your discretion.
Gift Cards & Certificates
Show friends, family, and colleagues you care with a gift card or gift certificate. The gift certificate value, at the time of purchase, is redeemable for any future services or product purchases in spa. When redeeming, gift certificates must always be presented at the same service. Until a gift certificate is fully redeemed, please place it in a safe location as lost, misplaced, or stolen certificates are not refundable or replaceable.
A deposit will be charged for each appointment. The deposit will go towards the payment of your service. If you do not cancel within the 24-hour period or miss your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
